For MANTERA Seaview Residence, Megabudka did the architecture, devised the buildings’ facades, made the landscaping design, including the landscaping of the park.  “To solve the task, we approached analytically by analyzing the surroundings and the neighbouring pieces, identified main traits. 

We were to fit the complex organically among Sirius, Fisht stadium and Bogatyr hotel, each of which is absolute in its individuality and uniqueness. However, we managed to find an image that blended seamlessly into the context,” says Artyom Ukropov, a partner of Megabudka architecture practice. When working on unique elements of the architectural image of the complex, the project authors were guided by global benchmarks in upscale real estate property in Miami, Dubai, Spain, USA.

Megabudka studio also managed to accommodate the client’s wish and make outside the complex, keeping its privacy, a public recreational area – a wraparound round tiered seating with a view of the seaside, which becomes the centre of attraction for other guests of the resort. The park design entails wide greening with the use of over 1000 exotic and local plants. Besides private territories, there will be viewpoints and gazing hills with the view of the sea.

“Among potential buyers of MANTERA Seaview Residence apartments are millennials: startup creators, business owners, top managers. It is undoubtedly a new approach to luxury resorts, space aesthetic and the understanding of comfort. That’s why we wanted to bring about young architects, who think the same way and can transmit values that our clients share,” explained Elena Kabesheva, commercial director of the project.

The project includes services provided by a five-star hotel by a global brand: a SPA center, a fitness centre, restaurants, recreation and relaxation areas, a medical centre. A unique feature is 11 swimming pools, 8 of which have sea water.
