Houses of culture: a network of motivation centers
One of the answers to the eternal question in the video and in the description below.
How to improve Russia?
Of course, the situation in each settlement is unique, but there are three areas that powerfully stimulate the improvement of the quality of life:
comfortable urban environment
good ground for business
developed tourism and love for the native land
You can give an order «from above» and hold the World Championship, but in most cases, this does not give sustainable development.
You can try to go «from below», but often people are quite lacking in initiative.
|Our goal is to turn people into high-quality human capital.||So that everyone wants to do life around themselves better.|
And became a person who can do anything!
And Russia become a country of initiative and active people!
Platforms for achieving this goal can be houses of culture, which are located in almost every city. By now, they have lost their original identity. The project envisages giving the houses of culture a new meaning; they become centers of motivation for the population and drivers of development of each city, and subsequently of all regions.
A huge number of disparate recreation centers are united under the control of the central brain - the main house of culture into a single cultural network. The brain is in charge of the program and controls the work of others. Almost like a franchise.
The development of the following directions leads to the goal most effectively, and the emphasis could be on such directions:
|word and journalism develops critical thinking and the ability to convey information, as well as better know your region and its values;||the economy develops an entrepreneurial streak and teaches you how to make money legally in your city;||art develops taste, allows you to appreciate the beauty and quality;||law develops responsibility, awareness and understanding of bureaucratic processes;||craft is an alternative creative leisure|
All these 5 directions are implemented in a sequential program.
Stage 1: acquaintance
It all starts with the first impression, it is important that it is as positive as possible.
Take the average provincial town. People go to the local shopping center to have fun.
Suddenly, the renovated House of Culture opens. This is also a beautiful building, only neatly renovated and painted.
But inside, everything is not the same as before. Now it is cozy and home-like here. Pianos, wooden floors, light from floor lamps, domestic rabbits jumping on the floor.
You can come here at any time of the year and do pleasant and useful things.
Everyone follows the basic rules of decency:
|everyone is wearing slippers;||are treated with respect;||attentive to each other|
Stage 2: involvement
The second step is to get people interested. To do this, we offer rest and learn and lunch and learn formats. This means that people are doing a pleasant, familiar thing (drinking tea, stroking a rabbit or just relaxing), and at the same time receive interesting information.
For example, first, in the culinary studio, which is equipped in every house of culture, under the direction of a chef from a recently opened Mexican restaurant in the city, visitors prepare tacos. This is a promotion for a restaurant, and visitors discover alternative cuisine and learn about the culture of a distant country
|Then guests come to the tasting. Everyone sits down at a huge table and tries new dishes. The administrator turns on the projector, and, for example, Elon Musk appears on the screen (of course, this could be any other interesting person who would hardly get to every single recreation center with a lecture).|
He talks about the latest inventions and how very soon it will be possible to get from Abu Dhabi to Orekhovo-Zuevo in less than an hour by hyperloop.
This is not a recording, but a webinar. Elon Musk is in the studio at this time. And visitors to houses of culture from all over Russia can ask Elon questions, and he will even answer them.
|Now, being in their city, people do not feel cut off from cultural life. And after the lecture, you can stay and discuss what you have heard. Interesting topics in various fields are formed by interest companies. In the future, this contributes to the formation of new communities.|
Stage 3: motivation
The next step is to motivate people. A great way is to show an example of the quick success of a familiar person or to allow the person to feel the rapid progress in some new business.
For this the format of master classes is being introduced.
Here you can do something useful with your own hands and acquire an interesting skill in a couple of days.
|And also a lecture where you can listen about the path of success and learn something important.||And if you understand some topic, you can give a lecture yourself. The main thing is to comply with the established structure and themes of the main five directions.|
|An important point in motivation is praise and feedback.||The result of a master class, for example, in terms of acting, can become a performance.||And the result of a photography master class is pictures of unusual places in his hometown. The works are exhibited right in front of the building of the House of Culture. Acquaintances will be able to see unexpected results and want to learn something themselves.|
|At the same time, there are no rooms with special equipment in the recreation center (with the exception of the culinary studio), but all the furniture is mobile and the space is easily transformed.|
And if special equipment is needed for a master class, an organized
departure to a friendly production.
Stage 4: experience and education
The stage is aimed at developing initiatives and teamwork. Therefore, there is more responsibility and the schedule becomes more structured.
|One of the formats is regular thematic circle.||Another one is a workshop. This is how could look like a journalistic workshop.|
|Participants find a problem - broken benches in the park.||They are trying to solve it through the administration. They are told that this is the department of the management company.||And in the management company that, according to the cadastre, they are not responsible for the site.|
After going through all the bureaucratic circles, the participants gain experience and release a report to attract everyone's attention and expose the indifferent.
And another team organizes a volunteer cleanup, which develops into an art festival and makes creative shops with residents.
And the third team draws a map and arranges a tourist quest with new shops and other sights of the city.
The most important point is universal viewing. Teams from the recreation centers of different cities of the country demonstrate their work live. People show their projects, study others and understand that they are not alone and that there are many strong private initiatives across the country that can change the world for the better. This is another strong motivational stimulus.
And due to the media presence of the central house of culture, investors are found for individual projects and support is provided.
Hight quality human capital
High quality human capital
|The goal is achieved - proactive, self-confident and confident in others, a person who can do everything.||Now he shows by his example how to achieve everything, if only you want; cooperates with DK and motivates new visitors.|
The result is a prosperous Russia
