The concept

Stages of the park formation: transport and pedestrians, architecture, users.

Stages of the park development:

1

  • creating the least links with the waterfront;
  • forming key points of attraction;
  • creating the main route along the waterfront.

2

  • extending the network of itineraries;
  • creating secondary points of attraction;
  • designing a variety of pathways along the waterfront.

3

  • further densification of the network of itineraries;
  • making activities along the waterfront grow.

4

  • extending the activity network in the rest of the park territory;
  • creating links with the neighbouring territories.

Transport:

Stages of the territory development:

Development stage 1:

On the first stage of development, a lakeside area is very important, as it already has some rudiments of functions. As for the waterfront, the most difficult point was chosen for the initial development – that is flooded territory. Today it creates a big problem to travel along the waterfront. Developing this territory will resolve the problem and will become a starting point in the development of the waterfront.

Attraction points for extreme sports lovers will also be created, as these activities are already presented in the park some way or another and there is this kind of users coming in.

Development stage 2:

Non-permanent structures are added:

Points of attraction are created:

Main itineraries are laid out:

3 этап развития:

Строительство сложных, завершающих объектов:

Завершение формирования набережной:

Зима:

Активность набережной поддерживается и зимой, создаются различные активности: сноукайтинг (катание на парусе по снегу), айс-картинг (картинг на льду):

Велоспоты и мотокросс также используются в зимний период:

Зимой зона озера становится эпицентром событий, здесь располагаются сноубордические трассы разной сложности, каток, школа:
